- Founder of Focus and Flourish: a continuous education business. Their cruciate surgeries workshop is very popular and well-known.
- Has surgical practice in the new referral/emergency hospital in Oakville, Ontario.
- Having had numerous problems with cruciate equipments made by other companies, Dr. Sylvestre started teaching the value of precision surgical equipment in her workshops.
- Securos sought Anne Sylvestre as their Canadian distributor because of the demand for their products from her workshop participants. Dr. Sylvestre agreed to become the Canadian distributor of Securos products in the spring of 2004.
